Land of Fire

Oriented towards the element of fire (typically has very bright and warm weather) and, while not the largest country, has the largest hidden village -- Konohagakure.

The land of fire mostly consists of warm weather with rarely any rare from time to time, because of its rather huge size there are many landscapes, some even unknown to the people, they have alot of forests with many different creatures, they also have a mountain area in the northern part of it that doesnt snow but is relatively cold, it continues all the way up and between the Land of Fire and the Land of Stone

Forest of Death

he Forest of Death was the stage for the second test of the Chūnin exam. Its basic goal is to test the survival and fighting skills of Ninja trying to become Chūnin. It is a very dangerous place filled with hoards of flora and fauna which are often gigantic, poisonous or both - hence its name. Its perimeter is surrounded by a metal fence with 44 gates equally spaced around it; this is where the Ninja enter to start the test. Inside it is a river, the forest and a tower; its radius is about 10 kilometers. The tower is the destination of the Ninja after they have collected the two scrolls (one of which they have to pry from the hands of another team in battle). Located inside the tower is the large arena in which the third test preliminaries are held

Hidden Leaf

Although Konoha Village, much like the country that it is in, has been peaceful for the past twelve years or so and has grown accustomed to it, it is a village with a very high population of Ninja and, therefore, has great military power. In the Chūnin exam alone, out of the 153 Genin participating, the Leaf Village had 82 Ninja trying to become Chūnins, whereas all others had considerably fewer (30 from the Sunagakure, 21 from the Amegakure, 6 from the Kusagakure and 3 from the Otogakure) although this may have been because Konoha hosted the event. It has been mentioned that villages (such as the Hidden Mist Village) have had exams of their own in the past, and presumably this holds for the present as well.

They have the highest population are a very well guarded village which makes invasion very difficult, probably currently the most powerful country.

Land of Water and Hidden Mist

Oriented towards the element of water. Its weather is typically cool and full of mist and lakes. In some places, like the area where Haku grew up, it is very cold and snows quite a bit. Little is currently known about it and it apparently leaves itself out of most political affairs, which is understandable considering that it is an island relatively remote from the continent containing the other four major countries. The Land of the Mist is the smallest, and the poorest, out of the five great countries, which may be the reason why Kirigakure used to hold the gruesome graduation tests that it did -- employing natural selection in their favor. In their previous graduation exams, Ninja Academy students were paired off to fight to the death; the examination committee tried to pit best friends against each other as often as possible.

Land of Sound

Originally the Rice Field Country, it consisted of small villages of rather poor people that were either farmers or hunters trying to make a living, Orochimaru made a deal with a landlord and thus becoming the ruler.

It is a quite beautiful landscape with a soil of very high quality, perfect for growing rice, corn, bread etc.
It isn't a very big country but they are quickly expanding their borders, they have recently won a war and taken over the hidden grass, other countries fear that soon it will be to late to make an end to this growing power.

Sound Village

Not much is know about it.
It is located in a very big forest in the outskirts of the sound, there is a massive tower there built by Orochimaru`s minions, it is filled with lairs, torture chambers and other inhumane things, no one really knows if the ninjas serving him all live in that tower or another place.

Land of Earth

Nothing much is known about them except that it exists. It is most probably oriented towards the element of earth, full of caves and mountains and barren land.
it is a very big country

Land of Rain
Very little and truly very little is known about this country and its village except that the weather is horrible, constant raining that lasts for months, there are only a few days a year that it doesnt rain.

Land of Grass
Orochimaru has taken over this beautifull green country filled with flora and fauna.

Land of Thunder
The land of thunder has to the south the land of wind as its neighbor and to the north the land of stone, it isnt a very big country but its considered a powerfull one with a fast increasing militairy, it mostly consists of lands similair to those of both wind and stone and also a little bit of flora and fauna.

Hidden Cloud
A very hidden village amongst forests in the land of thunder, nobody knows why but it seems that the sun there shines very rarely and that it is mostly covered with clouds.

Land of Wind
One of the biggest countries, the land of wind unfortunately consists of massive deserts with harsh winds and an unbearable heat, not much other then that is known about it.

Hidden Sand
As one of the five great ninja villages, Sunagakure has a Kage as leader. Sunagakure's Kage is named the Kazekage. With the military forces of Sunagakure being scaled down by Kaze no Kuni's landlord, the leader of Hidden Sand realised that they must increase the quality of each Ninja to maintain a military force (stopping at nothing to achieve that - see Gaara). As more time passed, the Lord started commissioning Konohagakure with requests he should have been making to Sunagakure. On top of this he began cutting back on the Sunagakure's budget. The Kazekage realised that if he didn't act quickly, Sunagakure would be in danger of disappearing.

Status:

Leaf Village

As of now the leaf village is on good terms with just about everyone. They signed a truce treaty with the Cloud village, settling their past disputes. And the Sand is now the Leaf’s ally, they will aid them now whenever they need help (in apology for invading them along with the Sound). The only person they are at odds with is the Sound, they are on the brink of open war, and are bitter enemies.

Sand Village

The Sand is currently in debt to Konoha, being that they invaded them not all that long ago, they now are allied with Konoha and will help them whenever they call. The Sand really doesn’t get along with the Sound, the Sound tricked them into helping them invade Konoha, however the Sand is not hunting for revenge, but they are far from friendly with the Sound.

Sound Village

The Sound is the token “villain land.” Basically no one gets along with them, some have no connections with them, others are at the brink of war. The Sound currently has possession of the Grass Country. Their population is mostly made from run away nins who left their own village. Very few were actually born in the rice country, home of the sound village.

Mist Village

Little connection with the other villages, they are secluded on their own island, therefore they have little worries about being invaded. Rather isolated, and they seem to like it that way.

Grass Village

Originally a rather un-friendly country from what can be seen. Much like the Mist, they had little worries about being invaded…sadly they don’t have their own island like the Mist and were invaded and indeed conquered by the Sound Village. Despite their rather isolated attitude, Konoha and the Cloud village came to their aid…to bad they weren’t good enough.

Cloud Village

They were originally at odds with Konoha, like the Sound. They even went to war (but they got owned). Just recently Konoha and the Cloud settled their differences and became allies, proving loyalty to each other by aiding the grass village together.

Stone village

Little is known about this village, it’s rather distant from Konoha and other countries. So they have little relations with them. They may have some kind of communications with the Sand or the Rain…but they are infamous to almost everyone else. They do not appear to be very powerful, but no one knows if they could invade or could withstand an invasion.

Rain Village

They are small but still seem capable, on the whole they are far from the strongest. And don’t seem all that friendly, these guys seems more likely to form an alliance with the Sound than anyone else, but they currently have no relations what-so-ever with any other village…rather mysterious.

Join or not join?
You can only join:
Hidden Leaf
Hidden Mist
Hidden Sound
Hidden Cloud
Hidden Sand

unless asked<<

The others are used for missions and events.
You may of course roleplay in them but know that it is another country`s territory, if it's a country that's an ally its okay but a leaf ninja being at sound is simply stupid unless its a very important mission.
