Hisoka Shikaku
Name: Hisoka Shikaku

Appearance: 5’ 8”, 168 pounds, eyes change color with mood, although they are usually hidden beneath a black mask that covers from his nose up (but not his hair), a black long sleeve shirt, purple shoes, black jeans, and purple gloves.

Bloodline:
5*Shikaku Family Bloodline: Currently Level 1
The Shikaku family is a family of assassins. They are distinguishable by their eyes, because when their mood changes so do the colors, known as the kokochi metsuki. Despite this, every member of the family is also blind and must rely on sound, smell, touch, taste, and sensing chakra to understand their environment. This allows also for an advantage in performing and repelling sight genjutsu. Also, because of their eyes they are very good at distracting and keeping a targets attention. Finally, their eyes have a slight hypnotic power. It allows them to trick their opponent into thinking they are one place, when they are actually somewhere else. This power becomes much stronger at higher levels.
Level 1: A level 1 user has the ability to hide their presence perfectly from everyone, allowing them to track, listen, and gather things without being detected. (Of course if someone accidentally walks in on them they can be caught, but it can only be a coincidence. The person cannot hear something in the other room and go check it out. This also cannot be used to kill people at level 1) they also become able to perform the clan’s most basic genjutsu
Level 2: A level 2 user has all the abilities of lower levels along with the ability to alter a targets mood. He does this by focusing his chakra into his eyes and then projecting it onto the target (his mask must be removed to do so). The chakra while being projecting is invisible to the eye, and can only be detected by sensing the chakra. After that he has control of the targets mood and emotions. This can be useful in getting a target to leave a group of people, or a certain room. On top of that the target is unable to tell his emotions have been externally altered without training. (This can only be used on one person at a time and will be counted as a jutsu)
Level 3: A level 3 user has all the abilities of lower levels along with the ability to destroy a persons mental state of mind through extreme emotional pain, stress, and conflict. To do this he must make physical contact with the target and he sends a surge of chakra through them. He must maintain this connection for 2 posts to complete it.
He also gains a genjutsu that can be used to shut down opponents sight, sound, and sense of chakra for 2 posts. During this time however the opponents cannot be killed or severely wounded, they also cannot rest though.
Level 4: A level 4 user has all the abilities of lower levels along with the ability to shut down all of a single persons senses for an indefinite amount of time. This person cannot be killed, severely wounded, or rest during this state rendering them temporarily useless in battle. The person who caused it is the only one who can undo it. If the person who caused it dies before it is undone, the effect becomes permanent. And the finally ability is the reason they are a family of assassins. They combine there emotion controlling power with their ability to destroy a persons mental state. This allows them to destroy a persons mental state from a long range. After that any simple knife can kill them.
Jutsus:
1*Nightmare perception: Shikaku technique (akumu kichi)
First the mask must be removed from his eyes, and chakra gathered in them. Then gain eye contact with the target. After that you cause the eyes to rapidly change color with the chakra. As your opponent looks into the eyes, the effect of the genjutsu begins. Once eye contact is established the eyes become black and the target becomes frozen in place with fear, unable to focus or do battle. He will stay in this state for 2 posts, unless the genjutsu is broken. 16-foot range.
1*Wind gash (kaze kizu)
Swings spear or hand and the air in front of it becomes a deadly blade. Sort of a long ranged blade that does only one slash at a time. The closer the target gets, the more powerful the blade becomes. If the target is point blank range, it would cut them in half. (Assuming they have no armor)
1*Wind vortex (kaze kadou)
The wind creates a kind of whirlpool of air which grabs and either redirects or stops projectiles that are put into it. It can even throw them back faster than they were thrown.
1*Wind impact (kaze shougeki)
The user thrusts his hand or foot forward at his target. Then a kind of wind explosion propels the target away from the center of it. This can make either many small weaker explosions, or one large powerful one. This can be close or mid range.
Taijutsu ninjutsu combo
1*TRUMP Wind volley (kaze seisha)
The user uses a taijutsu volley of attacks combined with weak wind impacts on each hit. The final hit uses one powerful wind impact. This will leave the target with several broken bones minimum.

Bio:
Hisoka was born in the village hidden in the clouds. His family is a family of assassins who kill using a special technique inherited through their bloodline. In every family members early childhood, they are tought to use their other senses to understand their environment and how to use the family technique. Because of what the family technique is, they are also taught how to control all of their emotions. This caused Hisoka to gain the ability to completely control his mood. This has made him very antisocial and reserved to himself.
After graduating from the academy, he decided to leave his family and village behind to pursue his fascination of finding new powerful weapon augmentations and jutsus, and also to discover more abilities within his bloodline. To do this he is traveling between villages looking for unique missions and events that will take him all over the lands. He decided to stay in the leaf village for the large variety of missions and to study the other ninja.
